The fan mainly circulates the air in the curing room, reducing the vertical temperature and humidity difference between layers, making the tobacco leaves evenly turn yellow and uniformly dehydrate. During baking, turn on the high gear for a short time to drain some moisture from the leaf surface, and then use the low gear when the moisture decreases.
