A ventilator is a machine that removes air by increasing the pressure of a gas. It is widely used in our industrial production, and there are many applications in our daily life. "Centrifugal fans are the most widely used type of centrifugal fans, and the most important thing about centrifugal fans is their installation. Today, let's take a look at the skills and precautions required in the installation method of centrifugal fans.".
A ventilator is a driven fluid machine that relies on input mechanical energy to increase gas pressure and discharge gas. Ventilators are widely used for the ventilation, dust removal, and cooling of factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships, and buildings, for the ventilation and induction of boilers and industrial furnaces, for the cooling and ventilation of household electrical equipment, for the drying and selection of grains, for the inflation and propulsion of wind tunnel sources, and for hovercraft.
The installation of the integral fan should be directly placed on the foundation and leveled with a pair of diagonal iron pads. For fans assembled on site, the cutting surface on the base should be properly protected from corrosion. When the base is placed on the foundation, it should be leveled with pairs of diagonal iron pads. The bearing seat and base should be tightly engaged and positioned correctly.
During casing assembly, the casing position should be aligned based on the rotor axis, and the axial and radial clearance between the impeller air inlet and the casing air inlet should be adjusted to the range specified in the equipment technical documents. At the same time, check whether the anchor bolts are tight. If the clearance value is not specified in the technical documents of the equipment, the general axial clearance should be 1/100 of the outer diameter of the impeller, and the radial clearance should be evenly distributed. The value should be 1.5/1000 to 3/1000 of the outer diameter of the impeller (whichever is smaller, the larger value). When adjusting, try to make the clearance value smaller to improve the efficiency of the fan.
