Precautions for maintenance of circulating fan

Correct maintenance is an important guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the circulating fan and for improving its service life. Therefore, when using tobacco baking circulation fans, it is necessary to pay sufficient attention. During the initial stage of impeller operation and during all regular inspections, whenever there is a chance, the impeller must be inspected for defects such as cracks, wear, and dust accumulation. Whenever possible, it is necessary to keep the impeller clean and regularly brush it with a wire brush to remove dust and rust deposits. As the operation time increases, these dust cannot uniformly adhere to the impeller, causing damage to the impeller balance and causing rotor vibration. Once the impeller is repaired, it needs to be dynamically balanced again. If conditions permit, a portable trial balancing instrument can be used to perform balancing on site. Before performing dynamic balancing, all fastening bolts must be checked for tightness. "Because the impeller has been operating in an unbalanced state for some time, these bolts may have become loose.". In addition to regularly checking the interior of the casing and intake chamber for serious wear and removing serious dust deposits, other special repairs are not required for these parts. Regularly check whether all fastening bolts are fastened. For fans with compression bolt parts, press the butterfly spring on the foot to the installation height specified in the drawing. The maintenance of the bearing department often checks the oil supply of the bearing lubricating oil. If there is oil leakage in the box, tighten the bolts on the end cover a bit. If this is not enough, you may have to replace it with a new sealing filler. The maintenance of other supporting equipment, including motors, electric actuators, instruments, and meters, is detailed in their respective operating instructions. These operating instructions are provided by various supporting manufacturers, and our manufacturer will provide these instructions to users in a random box. Repair and maintenance when the high-temperature circulating fan is out of use When the fan is out of use, when the ambient temperature is below 5 ℃, the residual water in the equipment and pipelines should be drained to avoid freezing damage to the equipment and pipelines. Maintenance of the flue cured tobacco circulating fan during long-term shutdown and storage. Coat the surfaces of bearings and other major components with anti rust oil to prevent corrosion. The rotor of the high-temperature circulating fan for tobacco baking should be manually moved for a half turn (i.e. 180 °) every half a month or so. Before moving, the shaft end should be marked so that the original uppermost point is located at the lowest point after moving the rotor.
